Everyone was great/easy to work with. Scheduling and repair was speedy. Service was professional, personal, polite, respectful, clean, and well done with a good warranty. Really appreciate them to help me in a fix. Would recommend and utilize them again!

Our home is a real puzzle of pipes with the years of plumbing additions ,built in the 1930's. We had Pink Duck come out for an estimate on re- routing some pipes. They are an excellent team to work with! We had them do the work and they installed a new water heater for us as well. They are a great company with excellent plumbers!

From the 8:00 am call where Gloria assisted me quickly and so friendly, I appreciated the communication and service provided. Same day service, thorough explanation of the issues along with solution and price quoted didn’t change. Very thorough start to finish and of course, we loved the pink duck left for us! Definitely would recommend and use Pink Duck again, thank you!

They got me in quickly. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and friendly. Their communication is top notch and they returned my voicemails to them the very next morning. I would highly recommend their services.

Really appreciate Pink Duck Plumbing for taking care of a tough plumbing issue! They came out same day on a late Friday for a blocked sewage drain issue, had to do a lot of troubleshooting, and stated until fixed. Super professional and friendly! I was impressed with their professionalism and family oriented business. Flat rate charge was also beneficial for knowing exactly what the charges would be no matter how long the repairs took. Highly recommend. Rick

Did a great job. Our water heater suddenly went out on Tuesday and called for service. Was told it would be Thursday but called Wednesday morning and was told they could get us that morning. Met Lawrence and got a quote and told them to proceed. Called an assistant Parker and he brought the tank. The two of them finished within 2 hours. Work was done quickly and expertly. Would recommend this company to anyone.
